When Elle Korea Magazine asked Yeji about her workout routine, she gave a surprising answer. She said she doesn’t exercise every day to keep her body in shape.

Instead, Yeji says that doing this keeps her weight stable. “I always weigh myself in the morning and at night, and this habit is useful when I’m on a diet,” she says.

Yeji’s maintenance method is to maintain the same weight by gaining one pound if you gain it, and losing one pound if you lose it.

She replied that she is currently focusing on building muscle.
